If you rely on caffeine or other stimulants to stay alert throughout the day, ask your doctor about adjusting your dosage timing to allow for better nighttime sleep. In addition, exercising during the day, avoiding blue light in bed (from a cell phone, computer, or TV), and following a consistent sleep and wake schedule are all proven strategies to help you sleep at night.
